An open notebook with cream-colored pages lies on a smooth, light wood desk, next to a matte navy ceramic mug filled with herbal tea, subtle steam rising into the air. A closed laptop and a neatly stacked pile of psychology books with neutral-toned covers sit further back, slightly out of focus. Diffused morning light from an unseen window bathes the scene, highlighting the texture of the paper and the grain of the wood, creating soft shadows. Captured from a slightly elevated angle in photographic realism, the composition uses the rule of thirds and a gentle bokeh background to evoke reflection, learning, and the thoughtful process of therapy for OCD and anxiety.

A neatly arranged therapy office corner without any people, featuring a deep teal upholstered armchair with a soft woven throw draped over the back, beside a light oak side table holding a ceramic tissue box and a small green plant. The space is set against a warm off-white wall with a subtle framed abstract artwork in calming blues and grays. Soft afternoon natural light filters through sheer curtains, casting gentle, elongated shadows and creating a serene, professional atmosphere. Photographed at eye level with a shallow depth of field, the foreground in crisp focus and the background softly blurred. The style is clean, modern photographic realism, emphasizing comfort, safety, and confidentiality for a mental health counseling setting.

Individual therapy for OCD and anxiety, using ERP and CBT to reduce symptoms, build resilience, and support lasting change locally.

A large, clean whiteboard mounted on a pale blue-gray wall, covered with an organized, hand-drawn cognitive-behavioral therapy diagram in blue and gray marker, including labeled boxes for "Thoughts," "Feelings," and "Behaviors" connected by neat arrows. Below the board, a slim wooden ledge holds neatly aligned markers and an eraser. The floor beneath fades out of frame, suggesting a tidy clinical office. Bright but softened overhead lighting creates an evenly lit space without harsh glare, emphasizing clarity and structure. Captured straight-on in photographic realism with sharp focus throughout, the image conveys a professional, evidence-based approach to treating OCD and anxiety in a counseling setting, with a clean, modern aesthetic.

Pricing

Standard Session

Individual therapy sessions are $185 for 50 minutes and $275 for 80 minutes. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on financial need; please reach out if cost is a barrier so we can explore options together. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by credit/debit card, HSA/FSA, or electronic payment. I am an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans, which means you pay me directly and may be able to seek partial reimbursement from your insurer depending on your out-of-network benefits.

Intensive Support

Upon request, I provide a detailed monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement; it is your responsibility to confirm your specific coverage, deductibles, and mental health benefits. I do not bill insurance directly and am not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. A valid card is kept on file, and any late-cancel (less than 24 hours) or missed sessions are typically billed at the full session rate, as this time is held specifically for you. If you have questions about fees, reimbursement, or using HSA/FSA funds, I am happy to discuss this before we schedule.
